For General Inquiry

1.       Cost of University :

For Undergraduate Students (Bachelor’s):  From 18000 AUD to 29800 AUD

3.       Requirements :

For Undergraduate Students (Bachelor’s):  IELTS 6 band each, academic 60% +

For Graduate Students (Master’s):  IELTS 6.5 no band less than 6, academic 60% +

For who has got less IELTS score, they might apply but had to take 10 weeks of English Course OR 1-1.5 year diploma course/pre-university course.

Processing For Australia

1.        (If for inquiry) All academic documents  scanned properly in .pdf format and order of documents must be :

A.      Highest Degree Transcript

B.      Highest Degree Provisional

C.      Highest Degree Character

D.      Other Degrees in same order

E.       IELTS

F.       Work Experience (if any)

2.       Get reply next day

3.       (If wish to apply) All above mentioned documents notarized from public notary club (lawyers).

4.       These documents along with updated CV and SOP (Statement of Purpose) will be sent to university for application of Offer Letter

5.       After Offer Letter is issued in 7 working days, applicant must pay Nrs. 5,000 to Excellence

6.       Then, students must prepare all financial documents :

A.      Bank loan documents if going through education loan (Nrs. 35 lakhs approximately) OR

B.      Cash Balance of Nrs. 35 lakhs since 3 months in bank along with bank transactions, property valuation (done by registered engineer) worth Nrs. 1 crore and family income of Nrs. 13 lakhs annual.

C.      All documents related to source of income must be prepared like work experience letter of family members whose income is to be shown, their appointment letter, payslip of salary.

7.       After all documents are complete and genuine, we will ask student to get ready for interview of high commission.

8.       After successfully passing interview, student will acquire COE (Certificate of Eligibility) and student has to send their 1 year tuition fee (in most cases) to university. Student will then go to Kathmandu at VFS for visa application as soon as they have prepared No Objection Letter from Education Ministry.

9.       Student will have to do medical checkup at Norvic Hospital, Kathmandu, and then will get result of visa status within 15 working days.

10.   After visa is granted student will pay Nrs. 10,000 to Excellence.

11.   Student will book plane ticket and pursue towards Australia on date wish.
